Amenities
Each apartment comes with a set of keys shared among roommates, providing access to all on-site amenities, including storage cages, the laundry room, the lounge, and mailboxes. Please note that the storage cages and the laundry room use the same key.
Covered Parking
Covered parking is available on a limited basis. Please review the parking information page and contact the office if you are interested in reserving a spot.
Laundry
The Casa Dea Laundry Room is located through the southeast door on the ground floor of the Men's Building.
The on-site laundry room is equipped with four washers and four dryers for resident use. The laundry room does not have a coin exchange machine, but the machines are equipped with the PayRange app payment system. To set up an account, see the instructions below. If you prefer using quarters, some local banks can provide coin rolls upon request.
Please be considerate of others and do your laundry in a timely manner.
Help keep the laundry room clean and functional by following these guidelines:
Wipe up any spills.
Empty the lint trap after each use.
Only use HE (High-Efficiency) detergents.
You may store detergent on the shelf above the washer (at your own risk).
Dispose of empty detergent containers properly.
The Casa Dea Laundry Room is for resident use only. Please do not copy or share your key with anyone who does not live at Casa Dea. Be sure to close the door securely behind you as you leave.

Lounge
The Casa Dea Lounge is located through the southwest door of the ground floor in the Men's Building.

The lounge is open for all Casa Dea residents to use. Please be mindful that there are apartments directly above and next to the lounge—keep noise levels to a minimum, especially later in the evening.
When using the lounge, please:
Clean up after yourself.
Return any moved furniture to its original position.
Close and lock all windows.
Fully close the door behind you when leaving.
If you'd like to reserve the lounge for a specific evening to ensure availability, please contact the office.

Storage Cages
The Casa Dea storage cages are located through the northeast door on the ground floor of the Women's Building.
The storage cages are numbered by apartment. Each apartment is responsible for providing a lock for their individual storage cage. These storage cages are ideal for large luggage, seasonal decorations, or other items to help reduce clutter in the apartments. All items must fit completely within your storage cage with the door fully closed. Please do not leave any belongings in the walkways, as this can create a fire hazard and limit access for others.
If you find items in your storage cage that do not belong to your apartment, please first try to verify whether they belong to another resident. If it has been less than 30 days since a previous resident moved out, contact the office so we can attempt to reunite the items with the rightful owner. If it has been more than 30 days, the property is considered abandoned and may be discarded. Please remember to remove all of your belongings from the storage cage when you move out.
