
General Parking Info
Please complete the Parking Sticker Agreement and contact the office to receive your parking sticker. Once received, place the sticker on the inside of your car’s rear windshield, in the bottom left corner.



Casa Dea
Regular parking requires a one-time fee of $40 per contract period.
Covered parking is available by contract only and reserved for those who have paid the $40/month covered parking fee. Please contact the office if you are interested.
Casa Dea's Parking lot is in the back and accessed from 200 East by driving between the two building. Parking at Casa Dea Apartments is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that a parking space is not guaranteed for all tenants.Do not parking in the lot to the north of Casa Dea, as it is a lot for another complex and your vehicle may be towed.
There is no guest parking available on the property. Due to the limited number of spaces, all spots are reserved for tenant use only.
Please do not park in undesignated areas. If no spaces are available, you must find legal street parking elsewhere. Do not park in front of the bike rack or in any covered parking space unless you are authorized to do so.
To park in the Casa Dea lot, your vehicle must display a valid parking sticker. If you renew your contract, you are required to obtain a new parking sticker for the new contract year. A new parking fee will be invoiced accordingly. Vehicles without a clearly visible sticker, or those parked incorrectly or illegally, will be towed at the owner's expense.

University Bungalows

Each house has it's own parking lot or driveway that is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to coordinate with your housemate to determine parking arrangement. Note that a parking space is not guaranteed for all tenants.
There is no guest parking available on the property. Due to the limited number of spaces, all spots are reserved for tenant use only.
Please do not park in undesignated areas, like on the grass. If no spaces are available, you must find legal street parking elsewhere.

Inca Villa
The Inca Villa parking lot is located on the west side of the building, with access from 200 East. Each apartment is allotted one numbered parking space, which corresponds to your apartment number.
If you have two vehicles, you may request two parking permits so either vehicle can use your assigned space. However, since only one space is provided per apartment, the second vehicle must be parked elsewhere.
Guest parking is located on the east side of Inca Villa, accessed from 700 North. Tenants may not park in guest spaces or anywhere on the east side of the property.
Please do not park in undesignated areas, such as on the grass.

Hope Valley
The Hope Valley parking lot is located on the East side of the building, with access from 400 North.
If you have two vehicles, please make sure to get a parking sticker for both,
