The office is located at 660 North 200 East, Provo, Utah 84606.

The office entrance is located on the ground floor of the Women’s Building, accessible through the west glass door or the northwest door.

Office hours are by appointment only. Appointments are typically used for move-in coordination, document pickup, or in-person meetings.

To set up an appointment, you can call, text, or email the office. Texting or calling is usually the fastest way to reach us during business hours. We check texts and emails daily during the week and typically respond within one business day, especially during regular hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).

For non-emergency maintenance requests, please text or email us a detailed description (for example: “the right bathroom sink drips constantly” instead of just “sink drips”). If you do not hear back from us within a week, please follow up, as your request may have been overlooked.

If you experience a maintenance emergency—such as a fire, major water leak, gas smell, or complete loss of heat in winter—call the office number immediately. If there’s no answer, continue calling until you reach someone.
