Parking & Transportation

Please complete the parking form and inquire at the office if you are interested in a parking sticker or covered parking. When you receive your parking sticker, please place it on the inside of the rear windshield — the large back window of your car — in the bottom left corner, behind the driver’s seat.

Regular parking: One-time fee of $40 per contract period.

Covered parking: Contracted and reserved for $40/month.

Parking

Casa Dea’s parking lot is located behind the property and accessed from 200 East between the two buildings. Parking is first-come, first-served, and spaces are not guaranteed for all tenants. Do not park in covered stalls (these spaces are contracted and reserved through the office), in front of the dumpster or bike rack, or in the lot north of Casa Dea, which belongs to another complex and is subject to towing.

Only park in designated areas. Do not create your own parking spaces. If no spaces are available, you must find legal street parking. All vehicles parked in the Casa Dea lot must display a valid parking sticker. If you renew your contract, you are required to obtain a new parking sticker for the new contract year. A new parking fee will be invoiced accordingly. Failure to register your vehicle, display a valid sticker, or follow these parking guidelines may result in towing at the owner’s expense.

Covered Parking

We have a limited number of covered parking spaces that are contracted and reserved. Please do not park in these spaces unless you have an active contract with the office. If you sign up for covered parking, the contract will extend for the duration of your apartment lease. If you decide you no longer want a covered space during your current lease term, you must sell or transfer the space in accordance with your contract. If you are interested in obtaining a covered parking space, please contact the office for more information.

Please do not park in undesignated areas. If no spaces are available, you must find legal street parking elsewhere. Do not park in front of the bike rack, dumpster, or in anyone else's covered parking space.

To park in the Casa Dea lot, your vehicle must display a valid parking sticker. If you renew your contract, you are required to obtain a new parking sticker for the new contract year. A new parking fee will be invoiced accordingly. Vehicles without a clearly visible sticker, or those parked incorrectly or illegally, will be towed at the owner's expense.

Guest Parking

There is no guest parking available on the property. Due to the limited number of spaces, all spots are reserved for tenant use only.

Bikes

Our bike racks are located in the covered parking area. Before parking your bike there, please complete the Bike Registration Form.

Unfortunately, bike theft is common in Provo, so please make sure to lock up your bike! Please do not lock bicycles to stairs or railings, and do not store or park bicycles inside the apartments. We encourage you to register your bike with Provo City at Bicycle License | Provo, UT so they can help you track down your bike in the event that it is stolen. Golden Gate Management is not liable for any theft.

Motorcycles and Scooters

We don't have designated parking for motorcycles or scooters as there is limited parking in general. If you have one, please reach out to the office and we can discuss parking accommodations!

UVX- Utah Valley Express

Free for all BYU and UVU students! Please review the UVX website for details of how to ride and for schedules.

Casa Dea is in a great location for riding the UVX. There’s a stop about three blocks west on University Avenue that turns onto 700 North and stops again about three blocks northeast of Casa Dea.

The UVX is free with a BYU or UVU student ID and runs every 6–10 minutes on weekdays and regularly on weekends. It connects both campuses and also links to the Orem FrontRunner station, making it easy to reach Provo, Orem, and even Salt Lake City without needing a car.

Service runs early in the morning until late at night, perfect for classes, work, or evening activities. You can check routes and schedules on the UTA website or Transit app to plan your trip.
